القيد والتسجيل

مادة(14)* على كل طالب تم قبوله بالجامعة أن يستكمل إجراءات قيده، وذلك بإرسال الوثائق الثبوتية الأصلية وكذا الرسوم الدراسية.

مادة(15): تتضمن إجراءات القيد فتح ملف للطالب المقبول برقم قيد يحتوى على ما يلي:-

-يدفع الطلاب المتقدمين من داخل البلد لبرنامج الإنتساب مبلغ وقدره(150$) لكل فصل دراسي، في حين يدفع الطلاب المتقدمين من خارج البلد لنفس برنامج الانتساب ، مبلغ وقدره ( 300 $) لكل فصل الدراسي، بالاضافة إلى (20$) قيمة رسوم تسجيل قيد الطالب.

-شهادة معترفة من قبل الجامعة تفيد بأن الطالب المنتسب يجيد اللغة العربية عامة، واللغة الإنجليزية إذا امكن.

-ان يكون حاصلاً على الشهادة الثانوية او ما يعادلها.

-ان لا يكون قد مضى على حصوله على الشهادة مدة لا تزيد عن خمس سنوات ، ويجوز لمجلس الننفيذي الممثلة بالمنسق العام للبرنامج الإستثناء من هذا الشرط إذا توافرت اسباب مقنعة.

-ان يقوم الطالب المتقدم لهذا البرنامج بملىئ استمارة الإلتحاق لبرنامج الإنتساب .

-الطالب المنتسب يجب عليه دفع الرسوم في بداية كل فصل دراسي.

•بند الشروط الخاصة لطلاب المنتسبين من جميع الدول الأخرى وهي كالتالي :

الحصول على تزكيتين رسميتين منها :

خطاب رسمي من جهة الدولة التي يسكن بها تثبت خلو الطالب المنتسب من أي سوابق .

خطاب مصدق من وزارة الخارجية لنفس الدولة.

خطاب تزكية من مؤسسة عالمية او توصية من احدى الشيوخ المعترف بهم من قبل جامعة النجاح .

مادة (16) يمنح مكتب القيد والتسجيل للطالب المقبول المستوفي لإجراءات القيد بطاقة جامعية تلصق عليها صورته ويوقع عليها عميد القبول والتسجيل بالجامعة ، ولا يسمح بالجلوس للامتحان بدون البطاقة.

يمنح المركز أو المجلس المعتمد من قبل جامعة النجاح بطاقة جامعية تلسق عليها صورة الطالب ويوقع عليها مسؤول المركز أو المجلس ولا يسمح بالجلوس للامتحان بدون البطاقة.

مادة(17): يجدد قيد الطالب المستوفي لشروط الانتقال من مستوى دراسي إلى مستوى أعلى.

مادة(18)

أ‌-يجوز للطالب الذي أكمل المستوى الدراسي بنجاح أن يتقدم بطلب كتابي لوقف القيد لمدة عام دراسي واحد فقط ولا تحتسب ضمن المدة المسموحة بها للحصول على الشهادة الجامعية الأولى(غير ان تحسب من مدة العامين الآخيرين).

ب‌-لا يجوز إيقاف القيد إلا بعد إكمال المستوى الأول بنجاح.

ت‌-يجوز الحصول على إيقاف قيد لمدة عام دراسي آخر بشرط أن لا يكون تاليا مباشرة لايقاف القيد الأول وذلك إذا تقدم بطلب كتابي وتحتسب هذه الفترة ضمن المدة المسموحة بها لنيل الشهادة الجامعية الأولى) هذه تحسب ضمن مدة الست سنوات).

مادة(19) يعاد قيد الطالب الذي أوقف قيده بموجب المادة (18) أ، حتى قبل انقضاء الفترة المحددة لوقف القيد وذلك بتقديم الطالب بطلب كتابي لإعادة قيده قبل شهر من انقضاء الفترة، ويخضع الطالب المعاد قيده لإحكام الخطة الدراسية للدفعة التي يلحق بها حذفاً وإضافة.(للمواد الدراسية).

مادة(20) يلغى قيد الطالب بقرار من مجلس الكلية في الأحوال التالية:-

1-إذا تقرر فصله بموجب الأحكام الواردة في هذه اللائحة.

2-إذا تجاوز المدة المسموحة بها لنيل الشهادة الجامعية الأولى المبنية في المادة (10).

3-إذا انسحب الطالب المقيد من الدراسة برغبته الشخصية.؟

4-إذا انتقل الطالب إلى كلية أو جامعة أخرى.

إذا مضى على إيقاف قيده أكثر من عام ولم يتقدم بطلب إعادة القيد.

الرسوب والفصل

مادة(29): يعتبر الطالب راسباً في مساق معين مقرر عليه في الحالات التالية:

1-إذا تغيب عن امتحان دون عذر رسمي أو إحضار أوراق رسمية عن سبب تغيبه عن الامتحان.

2-إذا ضبط في حالة غش أو الشروع فيه أو ساعد غيره على ذلك.

3-إذا لم يحصل على الدرجة الدنيا المحددة في امتحان المساق و التي هي 50% أو أكثر.

مادة(30): يعيد الطالب المستوى الدراسي الذي رسب في الحالات الآتية:

1-أي طالب بلغ رسوبه اكثر من نصف الساعات المعتمدة للفصل الدراسي الواحد فإنه يبقى في المستوى الذي رسب فيه .

2-لايجوز للطالب إعادة دراسة مقرر سبق النجاح فيه.

3-أي طالب بلغ رسوبه النصف من عدد الساعات المعتمدة للفصل الدراسي الواحد او اقل من النصف فإنه ينتقل إلى المستوى الذي بعده ويمتحن في المادة التي رسب فيها في امتحانات الدور الثاني

4-الطالب الذي يرسب في مادة اواكثر في امتحانات الدور الثاني يسمح له بإعادة تلك المواد ولايجوز الإعادة لفصل دراسي معين اكثر من مرة واحدة .

5-يجب على الطالب التسجيل لإمتحان المقررات الدراسية المتبقية عليه لمستويات ادنى من المستوى الذي هو فيه خلال المدة المحددة في التقويم الجامعي .

6-لايحق لأي طالب ان يكون مسجلاً في كلية لدرجتين علميتين في وقت واحد وكذا  كليتين في وقت واحد.

مادة(31): يفصل الطالب في الحالات الآتية:-

1-إذا رسب الطالب في جميع مساقات المستوى الدراسي.

2-إذا عاد في نفس المستوى مرتين متتاليتين.

3-إذا تكرر غشه مرتين خلال فترة دراسته وفي الحالة الثالثة من الغش يفصل لسنة دراسية كاملة.

4-يفصل الطالب إذا تيبن أو تحقق انه اتى بفعل تأديبي يستحق الفصل .

إذا أدين الطالب بجريمة تخلي بالشرف.

Article (14):- Each student has been accepted by the University must complete the registration procedures by sending the original supporting documents as well as the tuition fees.

Article (15):- The enrollment procedures include to open a file for the student in this program with a registration number which contains of the followings:-

1-The student who is enrolled in the program within the country must pay an amount of $150 per semester and for those who are outside the country must pay $300 per semester.in addition, they will pay $20 for registration fee.

2-A recognized certificate by the University stating that the student is fluent in Arabic language and in English too.

3-Must have a secondary school certificate or some equivalent documents.

4-The applicant (student) must complete/ fill-in application form for this program.

5-The student must pay the tuition fees at the beginning of each semester.

Special condition for students from all other countries are as follows:-

1.To get two formal recommendations (testimonials) from :

a.An official paper from the state proves that student is free of any offence or precedents.

b.All the students documents must certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the state (the secondary school certificate, the official paper proves that student is free of any offence).

c.A recommendation from senate (Islamic sheikhs) recognized by Al- Najah University

 

Article (16):- The registration and admission office grants the student a University card with a photo attached to it and signed by the general register within the country The student is not allowed to sit for the exam without this card.

The university's centers and committees will grant the students who registered in their centers a university card with o photo attached to it and singed by them.

Article (17):- The student who meets the requirements will move from academic level to a higher level after renewed his/her registration/enrollment.

Article (18):- 1. A student who successfully completed the academic level may apply in writing to stop the enrollment for one academic year only , and is not counted . Within the period allowed for obtaining the first university degree.

2.The entry student may not be suspended until after successfully completing the first semester (level).

3.A suspension may be obtained for another academic year, but it should not immediately followed by the former suspension of the first enrollment.

Article (19):- A student who has been suspended under article 18 shall be returned even before the expiry of the period specified for the suspension of the registration by submitting a writing request for re- registration within one month of the expiry of the period. The re-enrolled student should follow the new batch academic plan.

 

Article (20):- The student’s registration is cancelled by a decision of the college council in the following cases:-

1.If it is decided to dismiss it under the provisions contained in these regulations.

2.If the permitted period exceeds the obtained of first University degree time.

3.If the restricted student withdraws from his/her personal interest.

4.If the student moves to another college or University.

5.If he/she has been suspended for more than one year and has not applied for re-registration.

 

Failure (Repetition) and Dismissal

Article (29):- The student shall be considered as failure student in a specific course in the following cases:-

1.If the student is absent/missed from the examination without a formal excuse or to bring official papers about the reason for his/her absence.

2.If the student is caught in the event of cheating or initiating fraud (cheating) or assisted other to do so.

3.If he/she does not receive/gain the minimum pass grade specified in the course exam which is 50% or more.

 

Article (30):- The student returns the semester of the academic year in which he/she failed in the following cases:

1.Any student who has failed more than half of the semester’s credit hours, it will be remain at that semester (the same semester).

2.Student may not re-study a previously successful course.

3.Any student whose semester average is half the number of credit hours per semester or less than half is transferred to the next level, but the student will be tested in the subject/s which he /she failed at the University’s re-exams.

4.A student who is failed in one or more subject in the re-exams, he/she allowed to return these subject/s, I may not return a particular semester more than once.

5.The student must register for the remaining exam courses at lower levels than his/her present level according to University calendar.

6.No student is entitled to in enrolled in one college for two scientific degrees at one time as well as in to colleges at the same University.

Article (31):- The student shall be dismissed in the following cases:-

 

1.If the student fails in all courses of the academic semester (level).

2.If returned at the same semester (level) twice in a row.

3.If the student repeated cheating twice during the period of study and in the third case of fraud, the student will dismissed (separated) for a full academic year.

4.The student shall be dismissed if he/she finds or ascertains that he/she has committed disciplinary action worthy of dismissal.

5.If the student is convicted of a crime of honor.
